Safety Information

Little Bear & Co. sells simple and stylish mama friendly jewellery. These are not teething toys. You can purchase teething toys such as Sophie the Giraffe and her gal pal FanFan the Fawn from all good baby boutiques. 

The following applies to all items listed:

• Never put on your baby or child. The jewellery is not a toy and only to be worn by a responsible adult.

• The jewellery can be washed in warm water with a mild non-toxic detergent. I recommend the use of natural cleaners for all items.

• All items are made with food grade, non-toxic, BPA free silicone and untreated beech wood. I use strong nylon cord with a breakaway safety clasp.

• Please note that all timber is untreated and changes in surface will occur upon use. If you have ordered an item with untreated wooden beads, please do not place in dishwasher. Wash gently by hand and when completely dry, rub a tiny bit of virgin coconut or olive oil onto the wooden beads to assist with preserving the quality. 

• Routinely check all items for damage or signs of wear. If the cord or any beads are damaged please contact me to discuss replacement options or discard immediately. 

• When not in use, please leave out of reach of baby and children.
